Starting to really feel happy.
It’s such a shame to waste time. We always think we have so much of it.
Why are we embarrassed by silence? What comfort do we find in all the noise?
Sometimes when you sacrifice something precious, you’re not really losing it. You’re just passing it on to someone else.
Be happy for no reason, like a child. If you are happy for a reason, you’re in trouble, because that reason can be taken from you.
Do what the Buddhists do. Every day, have a little bird on your shoulder that asks, ‘Is today the day? Am I ready? Am I doing all I need to do? Am I being the person I want to be?
